Our team designs a custom setup around each brief, whether that means building a studio environment within your office, using the workplace itself as a backdrop or booking a dedicated studio where better suited to the project.

A Seamless Experience

From set design and visual planning through to scheduling and delivery, our team manages the full photography experience.

Ahead of the shoot, we develop a setup around your brand, space and intended use, conduct a site visit where required and manage the wider production logistics to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.

Our shoots typically include both a photographer and producer. Participants are briefed in advance, while our producer manages the schedule, welcomes each person and makes sure they feel prepared and comfortable before stepping in front of the camera. This allows the photographer to focus entirely on creating natural, confident portraits while keeping disruption to the wider organisation to a minimum.

A professional makeup artist can also be included where required.

Photography & Delivery

Following the shoot, selected images are professionally edited, colour matched and given light facial retouching to create a polished and consistent finish across the wider team.

Final images are delivered via digital gallery, typically within one working week, ready for use across websites, LinkedIn, press, internal communications and wider brand materials.
